After one hour long phone conversation I was told that at that moment best option is to apply for refund. Whereas I was able to find tickets for 1300$. Every flight that was offered by them was 5000$ or above with credit applied. I was given full credit for flight that I had to cancell however, when it was time to use credit Orbit represantative refused to provide coupon so I can reserve flight myself. So I called to the customer service to transfer the whole credit to me since he’s not in the picture anymore, but the lady told me that she doesn’t have that option…so now we split that 580 between me and my ex that I didn’t even see for more than a year…nice huh? I think it’s the dumbest policy I’ve ever heard…so just because I put another person with me, he automatically got half of my money…In my opinion they should really think about how crazy is that because logically thinking credit should be granted for person that bought it to begin with…I want to let company know that things change for the period of 2 years and now I have to use credit for two tickets but still go by myself and instead of maybe making two trips out of this I just got one. So I’m confirming everything and then I see that my ex was included in the trip. So I was like great! That will do it!) Couple of days ago I tried to book round trip for Chicago and of course I was going to use my credit. So the company got me a credit for flight till October of 2022. So we all know what happened then…everything got canceled by the end of March because of COVID-19. So I bought two tickets for Boston in March of 2020 for me and my husband ( now ex husband).Payed around 580$ for the round trip.
